We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the revised Swiss FADP and, for data subjects in the EU/EEA, the GDPR. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
3. Website access & server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access and the (possibly shortened) IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website.
Hosting: This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Bautzener Str. 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. Data is processed on servers in Germany.
4. Contact by email and phone
The “Book a call” buttons open your local email program (mailto). No data is transferred to a server of this website; data is only transmitted when you send the email yourself. We process the information in your message or call to answer your enquiry and to prepare or carry out a coaching engagement.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Fonts
This website uses the “Prompt” typeface, hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or any other third-party server is made.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools and loads no third-party content.
7. Your rights
Within the statutory framework, you have the right to:
- access the data stored about you (Art. 25 FADP / Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure and restriction of processing (Art. 17, 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 28 FADP / Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and withdraw consent with effect for the future.
